'Property Plus' is a web-based Property Management Solution for small, medium, and large type of Companies. It enables the clients, staff and owners to access the system anywhere in the world. Owner related information is secured from other users. They can furnish their project details, property details, lease attachments, service details etc using Administrator login. The clients can get their related information's such as bill payment details, pending bills details, bills due details etc using User login. It has a user-friendly interface, which helps the users to interact with various facilities.

The Property Online software provides a full range of property management functionality. It can handle an unlimited number of properties including single family homes and multiple dwellings

This product will be used by three categories of people:

The Owner of the property

The Customers/Tenants for the property

The General viewers/visitors to the site

Viewing the list of Projects and Properties Online

It furnishes various Project and Property Details of the company. It also give the details of running projects, work-in-progress projects etc. along with their site maps.

Making Reservations for the property online
The visitors/viewers of the site can make reservations for the property online which can be later confirmed by the Company.

Ability to make maintenance request for the property online by customers
The customer does not have to worry or trouble themselves for calling the Main office for giving Maintenance request. He can directly fill in the Maintenance Request Form and give the description of Maintenance activities required.

Ability to change password
If the customers are not comfortable with the password provided by the system, or find it difficult to remember, He can easily change the password using the Change Password Feature.
